Frequently asked questions
Is WhatsGo the official WhatsApp API?
No. WhatsGo is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and works by linking a WhatsApp Web session to your number. That makes setup faster, cheaper and freer, but it also means WhatsApp may restrict the number. We warn about this in the terms and reduce it with safe-sending settings.
Can my number be banned?
Yes. The risk exists with any unofficial tool. Follow the advice: message only people who agreed, start small, vary the text, and use the daily cap, delays and gradual ramp-up. We do not guarantee you will not be banned.
How do I link my number?
Create an account, add a device and scan the QR code from WhatsApp on your phone (Settings, then Linked devices). Linking completes in minutes, then you create an API token and start sending.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with every feature before you choose a plan.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer for now. Request a plan from the dashboard, upload the transfer receipt, and it is activated after review. There is no online card payment.
Can I send bulk messages?
Yes, from CSV lists with campaign safety settings. We recommend messaging only people who agreed to receive your messages.
Does it work with n8n, Zapier and WooCommerce?
It works with any system that can call REST or receive a webhook, such as the HTTP node in n8n and Zapier. There are no dedicated ready-made plugins yet, and the docs include examples in four languages.
Is my data safe?
WhatsApp sessions are encrypted, passwords and API keys are stored hashed, and traffic uses HTTPS. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
